01What it does
A text in, a short answer back
Connect a Twilio number and an incoming text reaches your mate; it answers by text, short and to the point, and a teammate can pick the thread up from the Inbox.
02How to switch it on
Buy or bring a Twilio number with messaging enabled.
Give the platform the account SID, the auth token and the number; the inbound webhook is set for you.
Text the number to see the reply.
Text the number from any phone; a teammate joins from the Inbox when needed, and a STOP reply is honoured by Twilio itself.

A Twilio account SID and auth token, and a messaging-enabled number.
